This week Chemistry students were working on dimensional analysis. Part of their work included solving problems to figure out a recipe for fudge and then getting to make it in class. Great work students and thank you Mrs. Rinard for making learning real-world for our students! |

This past week, it was great to see our Junior High and High School fall sports in action! From volleyball last Friday night to watching tennis and cross country in the heat this week, our students are working hard. Below are some pictures. |

ALL BRV students can receive a FREE hot breakfast! Students need to stop by the cafeteria when they get to school and can choose between a hot breakfast or a grab-and-go. Remind your child to take advantage of this opportunity every morning! |

The Blue River Valley Wellness Council is looking for parent volunteers to participate as Wellness Council members. The Wellness Council oversees the Wellness policy and helps promote wellness for our students and all of our BRV community. The Council typically meets two times a school year. School Picture Retake Day will be Monday, September 28th for ALL BRV students. More information will be coming home later for those who would like retakes, but please put the date on the calendar now. |

Fall Break - October 5th through 9th |

Fall Break is quickly approaching. It will be October 5th-9th. Students will return to school on Monday, October 12th. The first nine weeks will end on Friday, October 16th, instead of before Fall Break this year. |

Parent-Teacher Conferences will be Friday, October 23rd. The Jr/Sr High School will be doing an open-house style. More information to come but wanted to get it on the schedule. Students will have an asynchronous e-learning day that day! |
